Thomas Leach

Thomas Leach is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience across multiple roles. Currently serving as a Senior Interview Engineer at Karat since May 2021, Thomas is also the Founder and Engineer at Fab Habs since December 2019. Previously, at Jaguar Land Rover from September 2013 to September 2018, Thomas held positions as a Strategy Engineer and Internal Consultant, contributing to strategic decision-making and process improvement projects. Thomas’s early career includes a role as a Mechanical Engineer at BP and as a Technical Assistant at IP Asset LLP.
