Ryan Lay

Ryan Lay is a Social Media Coordinator at Karbach Brewing Co. since October 2020, responsible for managing all social media platforms for the company's brands while collaborating with brand teams and event coordinators. Prior experience includes founding R&R Presents LLC, where Ryan managed EDM artists in Texas, and serving as an Associate Project Manager at Pavecon. Additional roles involved event planning and promotions at BearX and a Special Events Internship at Mansfield Parks and Recreation, where Ryan played a key role in organizing a music festival. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies from Texas A&M University, obtained in 2018.
