Ash Gibson

Ash Gibson currently serves as the Compliance and Facilities Management Lead at Karbon Homes, a position held since April 2021. Previously, Ash held the position of Technical Services Manager at BYKER COMMUNITY TRUST LIMITED from October 2016 to April 2021 and at Your Homes Newcastle from September 1997 to October 2016. In the latter role, Ash managed a multidisciplinary team responsible for a multi-million pound capital investment program that included new builds, planned maintenance, demolitions, and refurbishments, alongside overseeing painting and adaptation works.
