Jon McDonald CMgr MCMI has extensive experience in the housing and support services sector, currently serving as Head of Supported Housing at Karbon Homes since January 2016, with previous roles including Retirement Living Manager and Supported Housing Manager (Older Persons). Prior to this, Jon held the position of FA Coach Mentor at The Football Association from June 2014 to June 2020 and worked as a Customer Service Manager at ISOS HOUSING LIMITED from April 2015 to January 2016. Additional experience includes serving as Team Manager for the Housing Plus Service at South Tyneside Homes and as a Senior Advice and Support Worker at Your Homes Newcastle. Jon’s educational background includes a BA (Hons) in Business Management with Leadership from Teesside University and a Chartered Manager qualification from the Chartered Management Institute.
