Han Zhang's work experience includes serving as a Crew member at Burger King Corporation in 2008. They then worked as a Test Analyst at Hewlett-Packard from 2013 to 2015. From 2015 to 2021, Han worked at Xero in roles such as Quality Assurance Analyst and Quality Engineer. They joined Canva in 2021 as a QA Engineer and most recently, in 2022, became a Software Engineering Team Lead at Karbon.
Han Zhang completed a Bachelor of Computer and Information Sciences in Software Development & Computer Science from Auckland University of Technology from 2009 to 2012. Before that, from 2006 to 2008, Han attended Auckland Grammar School. In addition to their degree, Han obtained two certifications from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board: ISTQB Certified Tester, Advanced Level Test Analyst (CTAL-TA) in 2014 and ISTQB Certified Tester, Foundation Level (CTFL) in 2014.
