Beste Elverdi

Beste Elverdi currently serves as a Research Associate at Karbone, focusing on providing data-driven insights for investment decisions related to the energy transition and monitoring policy developments in North American renewable energy certificate markets. Previously, Beste was a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Duke University, supporting courses in environmental sciences and policy. Beste’s earlier experience includes a Research and Brokerage Intern role at Karbone, where analytical deliverables on environmental markets were produced, and serving as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, contributing to projects aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions in agriculture.
