Konstantin Hauns

Konstantin Hauns serves as Senior Director of Machine Development at Kardex since May 2015, overseeing digital transformation initiatives and leading software and hardware teams. Prior roles at Kardex included Manager of Embedded Software, where Konstantin focused on agile product development, and Project Manager, responsible for enhancing processes and successfully delivering projects. Prior to Kardex, Konstantin was a Prokurist at Softec AG, where foundational IT strategies and agile software development methods for an ERP system were implemented. Konstantin holds an Executive MBA in Technology Management from RWTH Business School and a Diplom in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg Karlsruhe.
