Mark Hippenmeyer is currently the Head of Group Legal & Compliance at Kardex, where they oversee legal and compliance functions. Mark has extensive experience as an attorney at ALTENBURGER LTD and as Senior Legal Counsel at UBS, specializing in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, and compliance. They began their legal career at the District Court of Uster and have built a successful track record in various legal disciplines, including international transactions and data protection. Mark holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of St.Gallen and has been admitted to the bar in Zurich.
