Daniella Lloyd

Daniella Lloyd began their work experience as a Trainee Solicitor at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP from 2005 to 2007. Daniella then worked as an Associate at Farrer & Co from 2007 to 2016, where they advised corporate clients on various matters and was involved in secondments to the Lawn Tennis Association and the Science Museum. Next, they joined Taylor Walton LLP as a Senior Solicitor from 2016 to 2017. After that, they worked at Accsys Technologies PLC as an Associate General Counsel from 2017 to 2022, and also served as the Company Secretary on an interim basis for a few months in 2022. Currently, they are the Head of Legal, Compliance & Risk at Penspen, starting in September 2022.
