Matthias Iben

Matthias Iben is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience across various leadership roles in prominent companies. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate People & Culture at Kardex since April 2024, Matthias previously held the position of Director HR at Porsche Lifestyle Group from February 2023 to April 2024. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Porsche AG, where Matthias was the Head of HR Strategy & Organizational Development, and at Volkswagen AG as Head of Management Development/International Assignments. Earlier positions include HR Director roles at both Porsche and DMG MORI, with foundational experience at Alcatel SEL AG in various HR capacities. Matthias Iben holds a Diplom in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University, earned between 1994 and 1997.
