Nathan St. Pierre is an experienced professional in technical support and customer service, currently serving as the Director of Service Americas at Kardex since May 2013. In this role, Nathan heads hardware technical support for the Americas, manages customer contracts, and fosters strong partnerships with local service providers to ensure customer satisfaction. Previously, Nathan held positions as Director of Support & Customer Service and Systems Engineer/Project Manager at Kardex, as well as Service Support Technician, providing troubleshooting and training for storage unit installations.
