Miruna Predescu

Miruna Predescu currently serves as the Director of Contracts and Transactions Counsel at Kardigan since September 2025. Prior to this role, Miruna Predescu was an Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati from March 2019 to August 2025, specializing in Technology Transactions within the Life Sciences group. Earlier experience includes a position as a Legal Intern at GRAIL, Inc. from May 2017 to February 2019. Miruna Predescu holds a Juris Doctor degree with a concentration in Law and Health Sciences, graduating cum laude from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) in 2018, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Philosophy, also graduating cum laude from Santa Clara University in 2015. Additionally, Miruna Predescu participated in a study abroad program with IES Abroad in 2013.
