Kelley Horgan

Kelley Horgan is a highly experienced professional in the field of engineering and regulatory affairs, currently serving as a Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Kardium Inc. since July 2022. Prior to this, Kelley held various positions, including Senior Engineer at Palliare from February 2020 to March 2022, where expertise was gained in electronic design, project management, regulatory submissions, clinical trials, and marketing. Kelley also worked at Medtronic as an R&D Electronic Engineer following the acquisition of Crospon Ltd, contributing to new product development and sustaining projects. At Crospon, Kelley was instrumental as an R&D Hardware Engineer, leading efforts such as schematic capture, EMC and electrical safety testing, and managing PCB layout for European projects. Kelley's educational background includes a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from University College Dublin and Bachelor's degrees in Electronic Engineering from the University of Melbourne and University College Dublin.
