Tom Curran is a Mechanical Engineer, EIT at Kardium Inc. since February 2024. Previously, Tom held various roles at Rapidia from May 2016 to December 2023, including Chief Technology Officer, R&D Manager, and Senior Research Engineer. At UBC Robotics and Control Laboratory from May 2013 to April 2016, Tom contributed as a Research Engineer, designing an ultrasound probe shaker for enhanced prostate imaging and fabricating electrical control boxes for elastography research. Tom earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from The University of British Columbia between 2008 and 2014.
