Alon Slapak

Alon Slapak is a seasoned expert in research and development, currently serving as VP of Research Development and co-founder at Kardome since December 2018. Previously, Alon held the position of Director of Research and Development at RODRADAR from November 2013 to November 2018, where responsibilities included developing advanced radar algorithms and machine learning techniques. Alon also contributed to academia as Head of the DSP lab and the Signal processing curriculum at Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering from September 2000 to October 2010, enhancing the signal processing discipline to align with industry needs. Prior experience includes roles as VP R&D and CTO at Silentium, where Alon led teams in developing innovative active noise and vibration control technologies, and as Algorithms team leader, focusing on advanced algorithm development. Alon earned a PhD in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in signal processing and estimation from Tel Aviv University between 2009 and 2012.
