Laurence Gravel Gagnon

Laurence Gravel Gagnon is currently the Responsable formation at Kare School since January 2024. Previously, Laurence served as Chargée de formation at onepoint from October 2016 to January 2024, where responsibilities included the development of the annual training plan, management of internal and external training programs, and coordination of HR teams for the training of 3,000 employees. Laurence also held roles as Chargée des Ressources Humaines and Conseillère RH et recrutement TI at onepoint, focusing on employee integration, staffing, and recruitment processes. Prior experience includes working as a Conseillère ressources humaines junior at AXS, managing various HR functions including staffing and performance evaluations, and internships in human resources at Outbox Technology and EcoloPharm. Laurence holds a Baccalauréat in Relations Industrielles from Université de Montréal, completed between 2012 and 2015.
