Kare School
Simon Chapoutot is an experienced professional in account management and business development, currently serving as a conférencier at Kare School since September 2023, teaching aspiring account managers and customer success managers. Previously, Simon held the position of Head of Account Management at Treatwell and Wavy, where significant contributions included establishing client retention strategies and increasing revenue from existing clients. Simon's early career included roles as a business developer in France and Belgium, co-founder of Laleest, and a freelance consultant for Crème de la Crème. Simon holds a Master’s degree in Management de l'Innovation et Entrepreneuriat from Institut Mines-Télécom Business School, with additional studies in entrepreneurship at Virginia Tech.
