Ils Aerts

Ils Aerts is an experienced professional in the field of education policy and guidance, currently serving as a beleidsmedewerker onderwijs at Karel de Grote Hogeschool since September 2015. In addition, Aerts will take on the role of policy advisor for higher education at NVAO from January 2023 to July 2025. Previous experience includes work as a pedagogisch begeleider at PBDKO from September 2013 to August 2015 and as a nascholer at VSKO - Dienst Nascholing en Internationalisering from August 2009 to August 2013. Aerts holds a Master's degree in opleidings- en onderwijswetenschappen from the University of Antwerp (2012-2015) and a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, obtained from 1993 to 1996.
