Manasa K.B has work experience in various organizations. Manasa has worked as a Project Delivery Manager at KareXpert since June 2022. Prior to that, they were an Intern at Manipal Hospitals from January 2022 to April 2022. Manasa also worked as an Online Tutor at Mentor Match from June 2021 to March 2022. In addition, they interned at Specialist Hospital from August 2021 to September 2021.

Manasa K.B completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, starting in 2016 and graduating in 2020. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Hospital Administration (MHA) from the same institution, beginning in 2020 and expected to complete in 2022. In August 2021, Manasa obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Anexas Europe.
