Terrance Ng is a seasoned product manager and software engineer with extensive experience in leading product initiatives and enhancing user experience across various platforms. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Kargo since March 2019, Terrance has previously held roles as an Associate Product Manager at One Kings Lane, where significant accomplishments included launching a customizable upholstery program that improved conversion rates by 60%, overseeing successful A/B testing initiatives, and directing the replatforming of the storefront following a corporate acquisition.
