Victoria Laemmel

Victoria Laemmel currently serves as the Chief of Staff at Kargo, where responsibilities include supporting the Executive Team in executing the company’s strategic vision, overseeing daily operations, and managing projects. Prior to this role, Victoria worked as Director of Operations at Bauer Media Group - USA, focusing on efficient operations and collaboration among various departments. Victoria also held the position of Assistant Director of Academic Support Services at St. John's University, providing guidance to student-athletes on academic and personal matters. Previous experience includes internships at the University of Louisville and the Women's Sports Foundation, as well as an event management internship at Walt Disney World. Victoria holds a Master’s degree in Sport Administration from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from Springfield College.
