Laura Kirkland has a diverse work experience in various roles related to marketing and ecommerce.

Laura is currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Marketing at Kari Gran Skin Care from January 2023. Prior to this, they were the Director of Ecommerce at the same company from 2019 to February 2023.

Before joining Kari Gran Skin Care, Laura worked at Paula's Choice Skincare. Laura held multiple positions, including Ecommerce Director from 2017 to 2018, Senior Ecommerce Manager from 2016 to 2017, and Senior Marketing & Merchandising Manager from 2013 to 2016. In these roles, they were responsible for website experience, optimization strategy, marketing operations, website optimization testing, promotional offers, product launches, influencer and blogger outreach campaigns, PR strategy, and overseeing marketing campaign roadmaps and content teams. Laura contributed to driving revenue growth, brand consistency, and the success of various ecommerce channels.

Laura also has experience working at GreenRubino as a Studio Manager in 2011-2012, where they oversaw project workflows and details for multiple departments. Laura worked as a Senior Account Executive (contract) at J. Walter Thompson INSIDE in 2010, managing recruitment and employment communication plans for clients within Boeing. At Radarworks, they worked as an Account Manager in 2008-2009, managing client accounts and delivering various branding and marketing projects for clients like Microsoft, T-Mobile, and Susan G.

Starting their career at SanMar in 2001, Laura served as a Project Manager Lead until 2008. Laura managed print and email promotions, branding campaigns, and marketing strategies for multiple clothing and retail brands, including Nike Golf, Tiger Woods Collections, PING, and New Era. Laura also managed budgets and ensured the successful execution and delivery of projects.
