Currently serving as a Chen Yi Dan Global Fellow at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, Najelaa engages in diverse academic activities, including teaching and public lectures. As the founder of Karier.mu, Sekolah Murid Merdeka, and Sekolah.mu, Najelaa has pioneered platforms that enhance educational access and quality through digital integration. Additionally, Najelaa holds board positions with WWF Indonesia, Quamma Project, and Hutan Itu Indonesia, contributing to wildlife conservation, financial education, and forest advocacy. With a Master’s and Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia, Najelaa is dedicated to advancing education policy through various initiatives, including the Pusat Studi Pendidikan dan Kebijakan.
