Susan Doyle Kieper, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Business Partner at Kari-Out since March 2022, Susan previously held positions including Human Resources Manager at Latham Pool Products Inc and Human Resources Business Partner at both Datto, Inc. and Autotask Corporation. At Autotask, responsibilities included managing HR functions for all US offices, performance management processes, benefits program management, and compensation planning.
