Laura Watson

Laura Watson is an experienced professional in human resources and leadership development, currently serving as the Director of Recruitment & Retention at Karis Disability Services since March 2020. Laura's expertise encompasses full-cycle recruitment, leadership development, employee benefits management, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Previous roles include part-time professor at Fanshawe College and Brock University, and Manager of Leadership Development at Christian Horizons, where Laura led leadership assessments and workshops.
