Karthik M C has worked in various roles since 1995. Karthik began their career as a Sr. Marketing Executive at Apple Finance Limited in 1995. In 2000, they moved to ADEPT POLYMERS PRIVATE LIMITED, where they served as Director. In 2020, they joined Kaynes Technology India Pvt Limited as Vice President Plastics. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Karkhana.io.

Karthik M C completed a Manager Training Program in Business Administration & Foreign Economic Copoeration at RTWH Aachen International Academy GmbH in 2018. Prior to that, Karthik obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing & Finance from T A Pai Management Institute, Manipal in 1995. Karthik also earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Bangalore University in 1993. Karthik's educational journey began in 1982 when they attended St. Joseph's Boys' High School.
