Mikolaj Norek

Mikolaj Norek serves as the Head of Innovation & Technology for the Nordics at ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA, overseeing initiatives in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland since January 2022. In addition to this role, Mikolaj evaluates funding proposals for early-stage startups at Vinnova and manages the Forum for Innovation Management at Karl-Adam Bonniers Stiftelse. Mikolaj also leads collaborative projects at STUNS to enhance partnerships among universities, businesses, and public organizations. As the owner of Norek & Norek AB, Mikolaj designs educational programs focused on entrepreneurship and innovation. Mikolaj has held various roles, including co-owner at Norek & Sköld AB, Managing Director at the Swedish-Polish Chamber of Commerce, and lecturer for international training programs. Mikolaj is an alumnus of the Stockholm School of Economics and the WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), possessing advanced degrees in Business Administration and Philosophy.
