David Dilger

David Dilger is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people management and organizational culture. Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Karl Knauer Group since January 2018, David has held various roles including HR-Teamleiter and Personalreferent. Prior to this, David worked at Stiftung St. Franziskus from January 2014 to December 2017 as Manager Personalentwicklung and Personalreferent. David holds a degree in Personalfachwirt and a qualification as a Business-Coach, both from IHK Akademie Schwarzwald-Baar-Heuberg.
