Eva Xia

Eva Xia currently serves as the HR Manager for KARLA OTTO since May 2023. Prior to this, Eva held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Emma – The Sleep Company from May 2021 to November 2022. Eva's extensive experience includes roles such as HR Advisor, HR Generalist, and HR Specialist for YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP from September 2014 to November 2019, focusing on business partnering and employer branding. Earlier experience includes being a Recruiting Consultant at IBM Kenexa from March 2012 to August 2014, with a focus on the FMCG, luxury, and retail industries, and an Associate Consultant role at FESCO Adecco from August 2010 to February 2012, specializing in luxury, fashion, and retail. Eva Xia holds a B.A. in English from North China Electric Power University, earned between 2004 and 2008.
