Fidaa Chaban

Fidaa Chaban is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technology and integration coaching. Currently serving as an IT technician, coordinator, coach, and internship coordinator at Karlshamns kommun since September 2012, Fidaa plays a crucial role in connecting job seekers with educational and employment opportunities. Prior experience includes working as an integration coach at Region Blekinge, collaborating with newcomers to facilitate their integration into Swedish society, and serving as a senior document controller at CCC, where Fidaa ensured documentation quality and compliance. Fidaa holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Arts, Sciences and Technology University in Lebanon and has pursued additional training in coaching and project leadership.
