Heber Chavez

Heber Chavez has over 15 years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process improvement within the automotive industry. Currently serving as Manager of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering at Karma Automotive since November 2016, Heber has held various roles including Supervisor and Lead Advanced Manufacturing Engineer. Previously, at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles from 2009 to 2016, Heber was a key contributor as BIW Manufacturing Process Engineer, leading significant projects such as the integration of IIHS test improvements and the underbody system for the VF Launch program. Heber's career began at Aplicaciones Industriales de Calidad, where initial roles included Quality Control and CAD Designer, showcasing a strong foundation in manufacturing processes and quality assurance.
