Kuang-Jen Liu

Kuang-Jen Liu has extensive experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on vehicle integration and validation. Kuang-Jen currently serves as the Senior Director of Vehicle Integration at Karma Automotive. Prior to their current role, they worked at XPENG as the Managing Director of Vehicle Integration and Validation, where they were responsible for setting vehicle performance targets and developing vehicle technical specifications. Kuang-Jen also held various roles at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, including Technical Fellow and Head of Vehicle Integration and Validation, where they led teams and guided vehicle development processes. Earlier in their career, they worked at companies such as Breed, Valeo, and Active Noise & Vibration Technology, where they specialized in NVH engineering and developed advanced noise and vibration control devices.

Kuang-Jen Liu received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from National Cheng Kung University in 1984. Kuang-Jen then pursued an M.S. and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Kentucky, completing the M.S. degree from 1987 to 1989, and the Ph.D. from 1989 to 1993.
