Massoud Mahan

Massoud Mahan has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles in the automotive industry. Massoud is currently the Director of Body Exteriors & Closures Hardware Systems at Karma Automotive, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Karma Automotive as a Sr. Manager and Manager in the same department from 2021 to 2022 and 2015 to 2021 respectively. Before joining Karma Automotive, Massoud worked at Zodiac Aerospace as a Program Manager from 2014 to 2015. Massoud also gained experience at Fisker Automotive as a Senior Engineer in Exterior Systems and Exterior Lighting from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant at CompDevice USA Consulting from 2009 to 2011, providing technical consulting services for product development. Earlier in their career, Massoud held managerial positions at Arrk PDG USA, serving as a Tooling Sales General Manager and later as a Design, Engineering & Tooling Manager from 2005 to 2009. Massoud began their career at Visteon Corporation, where they worked as a Senior Project Engineer from 1995 to 2005.

Massoud Mahan has a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University. Massoud also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physics from Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic. In addition, they have pursued Project Management at UC Irvine and has earned a Mini MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
