Giulio Loreggian

Giulio Loreggian's work experience starts with their role as a Sous Chef at Recipease by Jamie Oliver in 2013. Giulio then worked as an Assistant Operations Manager and Sous Chef at That Catering Company Inc from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they founded and became the Managing Director/Founder & Head Chef of GIULIOS CAFE, where they received numerous industry awards and achieved high customer retention. From 2021 to 2022, they held the position of Multi-site Operations Manager at Weezy, managing large teams and ensuring efficient grocery delivery. Following that, they worked as a Senior Operations Manager at Brigit's Bakery, where they successfully increased bus sales revenue and managed rapid growth demands. In 2022, they became an Operations Manager at The Travel Corporation, implementing new standards and reducing costs. Currently, they are an Operations Manager at Karma Kitchen, overseeing multiple sites and leading operational projects.

Giulio Loreggian pursued their education in a diligent manner, starting in 2007 at the University of Cape Town. Giulio obtained a Bachelor of Business Science degree in Finance (honors) from this esteemed institution, successfully completing the program in 2011.

In 2012, Giulio Loreggian enrolled at the South African Chefs Academy to further expand their educational horizons. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Science degree, focusing on Finance in a general sense. Giulio completed their studies in 2013 at this prestigious academy.
