Naoko Felder-Kuzu

Naoko Felder-Kuzu has extensive work experience in the field of consulting, philanthropy, and social impact. Naoko founded NFK Felder Consulting in 2000, where they served as the Founder and Executive Director. Naoko also co-founded sosense in 2009 and held the positions of Co-founder and Head of Social Investment Management. Naoko Felder-Kuzu was involved in various advisory roles, including being a Board Member at the Frey Charitable Foundation, an Advisory Board Member at Fundación Avanzar, and a Board Member at Barefoot College. Naoko was also a Strategic Advisor at Innoterra and Pioneering Ventures (renamed Innoterra). Naoko Felder-Kuzu co-founded Karmafy in 2014, where they initially served as a Co-Founder & Advisor and later as the Chief Impact Officer. Additionally, they were the Head of Asset Management at Nomura Bank Switzerland from 1997 to 1999. In 2023, Naoko Felder-Kuzu joined Kite Insights as a Kite Fellow.

Naoko Felder-Kuzu has a diverse education history. In 1976, they began their undergraduate studies at International Christian University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. Naoko completed their studies in 1980.

In 2010, Naoko attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business to participate in an Executive Program in Social Entrepreneurship. Although no specific degree was mentioned, this program provided their with valuable knowledge and skills in the field.

Naoko'smost recent certifications include the Oxford Leading Sustainable Corporations Programme, which they completed at the University of Oxford in 2021, and the Impact Measurement & Management for the SDGs course offered by Coursera, which they completed in 2022.
