Jit Malay

Jit Malay is currently a Senior Manager at Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing Company, where they lead the production and delivery of innovative space solutions. With over eight years of experience in manufacturing operations, Jit has held key roles including Director of Production Engineering and Plant Manager at RBC Bearings. They co-founded the coffee subscription service NO DECAF ALLOWED, which secured funding through the UCI New Venture Competition before being sold in 2022. Jit holds an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Riverside.
