Danielle Smith is a seasoned clinical research professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) at inVentiv Health Clinical since June 2015, Danielle provides monitoring services for Novartis Oncology. From June 2012, Danielle has been a Clinical Research Coordinator II at Karmanos Cancer Institute, leading the regulatory group and supporting the Clinical Trials Office in hematology studies. Prior experience includes roles at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals from 1998 to 2011, where Danielle progressed from Associate Scientist to Scientist, focusing on developing bioanalytical methods for clinical studies. Danielle began the career as a summer intern at BASF from 1991 to 1995. Education includes a Specialized Certificate in Clinical Trials Administration from UC San Diego, a Master’s in General Business Administration from Central Michigan University, and a Bachelor’s in Chemistry from Spelman College.
