Tamara Collins

Tamara Collins has over 20 years of work experience in marketing, communications, and multimedia. Tamara currently serves as the Vice President of Marketing & Business Development at the Karmanos Cancer Institute, where they develop and implements strategic marketing plans for the cancer services brand. Prior to this, they held roles as the Director and Manager of Marketing & Communications at Karmanos, as well as the Marketing Multimedia Manager. Before joining Karmanos, Tamara worked at Allscripts as a Senior Media Specialist, where they coordinated with stakeholders and clients to identify and develop creative solutions for photography and print projects. Tamara also has experience as a Media Specialist at Karmanos, where they were responsible for multimedia creativity and audiovisual technologies. Earlier in their career, Tamara worked as an Information Technology Recruiter at TEKsystems and as an AV Engineer at Pfizer, where they managed audiovisual equipment and composed high-quality broadcasts.

Tamara Collins has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a focus in Telecommunication - Media Arts - Filmmaking from Michigan State University.
