Nofar Tidhar

Nofar Tidhar is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR and previously as HR Manager at Karma, an online shopping platform with over 6 million users globally. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, as well as overseeing talent acquisition. Prior to Karma, Nofar worked as an HR Technical Recruiter at STARTICA LTD, managing the entire hiring process for hi-tech companies and startups. Nofar's career also includes experience as an Office Manager at Applicheck, where administrative support was provided to executives, and as a Flight Attendant at EL AL Israel Airlines for a decade. Nofar holds an M.A. in Law Studies for non-legal practitioners from Bar-Ilan University and a B.A. in Behavioral Sciences from The College of Management Academic Studies.
