Tamar Shachar has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from INSEAD. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Psychology from Tel Aviv University. Tamar has also obtained a certification in "Circular Economy and Sustainability Strategies" from Emeritus in November 2022. Furthermore, they have completed a course on "Directors' and Officers'" from IDC Executive Education, although the specific timing of this certification is unknown.
