Kelly Cassidy has over three decades of experience in sales and account management, specializing in flooring and furniture solutions across various sectors, including hospitality, retail, education, and healthcare. Currently serving as the Commercial Business Manager at Karndean Designflooring USA since October 2022, Cassidy previously worked as a Commercial Product Specialist at Bishop Distributing from December 2012 to October 2022, focusing on both resilient and residential flooring lines. Early career roles included Account Executive positions at Forbo Linoleum and Providence Rug, along with sales roles at Knoll and Interface Flooring Systems, where significant contributions were made in establishing brand presence and achieving sales targets. Cassidy holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Aquinas College and an Associate degree in Marketing from Grand Rapids Community College.
