Jonathan Minzari

Jonathan Minzari is an experienced executive in M&A and strategic leadership, currently serving as the Chief M&A and Emerging Ventures Officer at Karnov Group AB. Minzari has held multiple key positions at Karnov Group, including Chief Strategy and M&A Officer and Group Director for Corporate Strategy and M&A, as well as Strategic Sales & Marketing Planning. Additional roles include Non Executive Board Member positions at LEXNordics and Legal Cross Border. Minzari is also the Consultant and Founder of Market Motion. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration with a specialization in International Marketing and Management from Copenhagen Business School, complemented by an exchange semester at London Metropolitan University.
