Prashant Ervamanatil

Prashant Ervamanatil is currently the Head of E-Waste Operations at Karo Sambhav, a role assumed in March 2024. Previously, Prashant served as Head of Operations at IntelliNature Private Limited from February 2022 to February 2024, managing the operations of an AI-focused startup and acting as Executive Assistant to the CEO. During a sabbatical from September 2020 to January 2022, Prashant mentored a cow sanctuary and provided consulting to a farmer producer company. Prashant's earlier experience includes roles as Business Consultant at Serana Distribution and Services, Program Consultant at TapChief, and several senior positions including AVP at Practo, where responsibilities spanned global support, delivery, and product management. Prashant has also contributed to e-commerce operations at Seventymm.com and customer service management at Dell India Services, along with operational leadership roles at Ivy Comptech and reporting for TV Today. Prashant holds a Permaculture Design Certificate and degrees in Mass Communication and Commerce.
