Yulia Kazakova

Yulia Kazakova is an experienced talent acquisition and employer branding professional, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding at Karo Healthcare since August 2022. In this role, Yulia leads the Global Talent Acquisition function across the EU, focusing on consumer health and digital recruitment, while managing global recruitment projects and integrating recruiting processes. Previously, Yulia held similar positions at Satin Naturel and Del Decus Enterprises, along with roles at WeAreDevelopers, Amazon, and McKinsey & Company, where Yulia developed expertise in sourcing and recruiting, particularly within IT and business sectors. Yulia holds a Master's degree in Business and Law in International Markets from Anglo-American University in Prague.
