Evren Alici

Evren Alici is an accomplished researcher and leader in the field of hematology, currently serving as Co-Director of the next generation NK cell competence center and Research Group Leader at Karolinska Institutet since June 2008, where also holds the title of Assistant Professor. In conjunction with these roles, Evren Alici has been the CEO and Chairman of Vycellix inc. since November 2015. Previously, Evren Alici held the position of Professor of Surgery and Visiting Research Professor at Nova Southeastern University from November 2015 to September 2019, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Karolinska University Hospital from November 2006 to June 2008. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Hematology from Karolinska Institutet (2002-2006) and a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from Ege University (1993-2000).
