Jon Konradsen

Jon Konradsen is an accomplished medical professional with extensive experience in pediatrics, currently serving as an Associate Professor in Pediatrics at Karolinska Institutet since September 2021. In addition to this role, Jon holds positions as a member of the steering group for Luftvägsregistret and as a Senior Consultant in Pediatric Allergy at Karolinska University Hospital, where responsibilities include heading the Pediatric Allergy and Pulmonology section. Jon has also contributed as a Fellow in Pediatric Allergy and Neonatology, and as a resident in pediatrics. Active in professional organizations, Jon serves as a board member for the Barnläkarföreningens delförening for allergy and lung medicine, and as an Associate Editor for the European Respiratory Journal Open Research. Previously, Jon worked as a clinical researcher and postdoctoral fellow in Region Stockholm and participated as a member of the Swedish Ethical Review Authority. Jon earned a Ph.D. in Pediatric Allergy/Pulmonology from Karolinska Institutet and an MD from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, complemented by a Bachelor's in Business Administration.
