Luã Reis

Luã Reis is a skilled Postdoctoral Scientist at Karolinska Institutet since August 2025, with previous experience as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Stockholms universitet from September 2022 to June 2025, and as a Scientific Data Strategy professional focused on Real-World Data at Parexel in mid-2022. Luã's expertise includes neurotoxicology research using iPSC models and conducting analytics to generate real-world evidence in clinical research. Luã has an extensive academic background, holding PhDs in Neurotoxicology and Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Karolinska Institutet and Universidade Federal da Bahia, respectively, as well as a postgraduate degree in Statistics and a Master of Science in Molecular Genetics. Teaching experience includes a professorship at Universidade Federal da Bahia, delivering coursework in biochemistry, molecular, and cellular biology.
