Matilda Bredell

Matilda Bredell is an accomplished professional currently serving as an Analyst in the Unit for Sexual Health and HIV Prevention at Folkhälsomyndigheten since April 2018, while also pursuing a Ph.D. in Medicine at Karolinska Institutet since September 2023. Previous experience includes a role as Programme Administrator at Sida in the Unit for Humanitarian Assistance, as well as a brief internship within the same department. Matilda conducted qualitative research for a Master thesis project on attitudes towards violence against young women, alongside positions such as Integration Coordinator at Uppsala kommun and Test Administrator at Uppsala University. Academic qualifications comprise a Master of Medical Science in International Health and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Uppsala University, supplemented by various educational experiences including exchange studies in Spain.
