Valerie Diane Valeriano

Valerie Diane Valeriano is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Unit for Culturomics at Karolinska Institutet, Valerie has previously held significant positions including Research Engineer and Team Leader at the National Pandemic Center, and HR and Schedule Coordinator at the same institution. Valerie's academic journey includes a postdoctoral position at Umeå University and graduate research and teaching assistant roles at Dankook University. Valerie holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Natural Science, specializing in Industrial Microbiology and Biotechnology, as well as a Master's degree in Animal Resource Science from Dankook University.
