Rebecca Engle

Rebecca Engle has a diverse work experience, starting as an Account Executive at Share Group in 2003. Rebecca then worked as a Consultant for the Anti-Poverty Initiative in 2007, before moving on to roles as a Consultant at Sierra Leone House of Parliament and Consultant, Investment Strategy at Millennium Cities Initiative. Rebecca later became Manager, Global Operations & Strategy at TigerTrade, and then Senior Vice President, Business Operations at adMarketplace. Most recently, they served as Chief Operating Officer at Start Small Think Big, Inc. and is currently the Managing Principal, Strategy & Operations at Karp Strategies as of June 2023. Throughout their career, Rebecca has demonstrated expertise in strategy, operations, and organizational planning.

Rebecca Engle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Scripps College. Rebecca also pursued studies in Economic and Political Development in West Africa at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) and studied History and Czech Language at Collegium Hieronymi Pragensis in Prague.
